Jessica Bakon
Psychotherapist & Founder
Jessica is a warm, compassionate and non-judgmental therapist who supports people through all stages of life. She believes in the power of empathy and holistic care and is committed to helping each person grow, heal and make meaningful changes.
She has a Social Work Honours degree from the University of New South Wales and a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy. Jessica has experience across hospitals, schools and eating disorder services, giving her a broad understanding of the factors that affect mental health and wellbeing. She is trained in eating disorder treatment and approaches this work with care, collaboration and a focus on building trust.

Jessica works with adolescents, young adults and families, supporting a wide range of concerns including relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, ADHD, anxiety, school avoidance, depression, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, grief and loss, attachment, disordered eating & body image concerns and more.

She is a qualified Social Worker (AASW), Counsellor and Psychotherapist with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). Jessica is also an ANZAED Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician. Tailoring her approach to each person’s unique needs using evidence-based therapies.
Ashley Mudaliar
Psychotherapist
Ashley is a warm, compassionate and non-judgmental therapist who supports adolescents and adults through life’s challenges. She is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where people feel comfortable to open up, explore their experiences and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. Ashley believes that meaningful change happens through genuine connection, self-reflection and feeling truly heard.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Medical Science and a Master of Counselling, bringing both scientific understanding and therapeutic insight to her work. Her background in health and counselling allows her to take a thoughtful, holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing.

Ashley works with adolescents, adults and couples, supporting a wide range of concerns including anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, communication difficulties, stress, emotional regulation, and men’s mental health. She has a particular interest in helping individuals and couples navigate intimacy, connection and the complexities of modern relationships.

Ashley provides counselling in person and via Telehealth, offering flexible and convenient access to clients Australia- wide. She is a qualified Counsellor & Psychotherapist, a member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).
